  • I want to cancel the workshop, what do I do?
    If you wish to cancel your booked workshop session, you will need to email or contact customer service at sance as soon as possible. Please note that there may be penalties for late cancellations, so we recommend reaching out at your earliest convenience if you need to cancel your order. We will assist you in the cancellation process and provide any relevant information regarding penalties or fees. Thank you for understanding.
  • How soon can I cancel my booked session to get a refund?
    For cancellations, please be aware of the following policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session date will receive a 50% refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
  • Can we still book a workshop for less than 6 people?
    You can still enjoy having a workshop with a small group. However, please note that prices may change and will be slightly higher for groups smaller than 10 people. We are committed to catering to your specific needs and ensuring a great experience. Please contact Sance to discuss the details and arrange your customized workshop.
  • I want to change the date for the workshop, is this possible?
    Yes, you can change the date. We are happy to accommodate you in joining the next available dates, provided there is enough space. We will do our best to meet your needs and ensure you have a great experience. Please contact Sance to discuss the details and arrange your new workshop date.
  • Will I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

  • Why is the workshop I booked got cancelled?
    Please note that each session requires a minimum of 6 participants and accommodates a maximum of 10 participants. If we do not reach the minimum number of attendees, we unfortunately have to cancel the session as it is not viable to proceed. If the session is canceled due to insufficient participants, you will have the option to either reschedule for the next available dates or receive a full refund.
  • Do you do Clip ons?
    Here at Sance, we have the solutions you need. We offer a wide selection of clip-on earrings to suit your preferences. Additionally, we can convert certain types of jewellery into clip-ons. However, please note that we cannot convert dangly hook earrings. Most stud earrings, on the other hand, are usually convertible.
  • I like a style of earrings in your shop, but I want it in this colour, can you do that?
    Yes, we can accommodate that request. We offer bespoke pieces that are tailored to your needs, whether you have a specific dress to match or simply prefer a favourite colour for yourself or the intended recipient. Please let us know to discuss further.
  • Can you convert studs to dangly earrings?

  • How much is your bespoke pieces?
